glad we brought our own umbrella since there is NO shade around the pool. The pool area is a good size with new patio furniture cushions. Lots of room for the family, and a second full-size refrigerator at ground level was a huge bonus. Location was great - a short walk to the beach access, but quite a few steps over the dunes.
